      Eye problems.

After a number of attempts at WILDing, I find that my biggest problem while trying to achieve SP/HI is my eyes.

It is, for some reason ridiculously difficult for me to keep my eyes still. To do so, I have to focus completely on them and "force" the to one part of my eye.

Problem is, my mental blockade breaks down after some time, and if I'm not COMPLETELY focused, my eyes will move.

To make things even more difficult, In the rare occasion that I manage to keep my eyes still, my eyelids will gradually start opening ever so slightly, but enough so that it interrupts my attempt at SP/HI/WILD.

So my question is, is there any fairly reliable way that you've found to keep your eyes still while trying to WILD?

      Thanks.

Oh, and one thing that I think might help with the eye opening problem is an eye mask, but conventional ones always bother my eyes, due to me having longish eyelashes. I once read (in one of Clarity's posts, if I recall correctly) that there are eye masks that allow you to open your eyes and still be in darkness. If anyone knows where these are available, it'd be nice to know.

I never keep my eyes still for WILD. That sounds incredibly difficult and time consuming. My advice is to not worry about your eyes moving, as long as your eyes are closed.

After all, you eyes move around a lot in REM sleep and during the WILD itself.

I find that moving your eyes back and forth in quick bursts helps me to get into SP; maybe because your body thinks you're in REM? Maybe try moving your eyes still, but like that.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

If the problem is really bad, use a sleep mask. The extra pressure on your eyes can help a lot.
