      Not bad, there are a ton of different sensations people feel, but none of them are really strong or painful. Don't think of scary things or watch them before trying this, or you could have a few scaryish feelings.

      Yeah i'm going to try watching a feel good movie on my iPod before i doze off to sleep and try WILD'ing. Maybe that'll stop that old hag from appearing >.<

      I've only had the full experience a few times but never scary. It can be a little intense like riding a roller coaster for me! Just remember to do a reality check when you think you failed. I've had two false awakings this week! best of luck.
