Okay, so I have attempted to WILD at least 4 times now. Those 4 times failed.
Last night, in a WBTB, I got up, went to the bathroom, and laid down to WILD. I tried to relax as much as I could by breathing in deeply. (By the way, does anyone have any suggestions for relaxing?) After about a minute, I felt sort of numb. So I decided to start the method I learned form one of Billybob's tutorials.
I breathed in, breathed out, "1"; breathed in, breathed out, "2"; and so on. I had gotten to about 180 and I wasn't totally relaxed, so I decided to stop. Out of my stupidity I decided to turn over. I did, and tried again. So I just daydreamed, and apparently, I fell asleep. Dang.
I will tell you about another WILD attempt:
This was in the morning of July 8 I think. I took a nap. So I tried to relax as much as I could by breathing in deeply. After about the time i felt sort of numb, I starting the technique, the one up above. After I got to 300, I thought I was "there". But no, my body was still trying to relax. So once i got to 600, I still hadn't felt SP, HI, or anything.
Comments, suggestions? Feedback would be much appreciated. 
P.S. Maybe it is because I'm such a light sleeper..it usually takes me about 5-10 minutes to fall asleep. But mostly it hangs around 8.
