Does anyone else get this?

When i try to go into SP i always feel like im moving around. for instance i will be just laying down and i think im raising my arm but im not. also i sometimes feel like im tilting my head but im actually completely still.

That happens to me all the time. It's all part of the false-sensory stuff that comes with the WILD method. Hallucinations can come in your sense of touch, so this is probably what you are experiencing. Just remember that it's all in your head and that it's bringing you one step closer to the Lucid. It's actually really close to feeling your dream body! Good luck!

I get this a lot also. When I'm in SP or even just extremely relaxed, my orientation will be messed up and I wont know which way I'm facing or even may forget where I am in my room. I also frequently think my arms are in different positions than they actually are...

Yep thats the basic sum-up. Today I was WILDing in a nap, and I had this sensation that my lower half was being twisted around. It was cool! I like WILDs. it's like a roller coaster, but without the scary heights and jerking around. XD I really hate roller coasters.

I hate them too Angel. They scare me. When I was trying to WILD last night, it felt like my feet were bending into the bed. It was a really weird feeling.

I like those feelings. But my SP is stranger than most. so it goes away after 2 minutes of laying down.

good point. My SP is all funky. Most ppl get vibrations in their legs first, but I get it immediately in my arms.

Sometimes I get the feeling of slowly spinning. I'll be facing the same direction, but my head seems to be rotating... as if my nose is the axis point and my head is spinning around that axis. However, I've gotten it just after laying down, so I've attributed it to having been moving, and suddenly stopping, but your mind still feels like your moving (Kind of like playing Guitar Hero, and you look at a wall after a song and the wall is scrolling or moving... same illusion). I like the feeling actually

I know what you mean about the rockband/guitar hero thing.... It's happened to me also when I spin in a wheely chair with my eyes closed. It feels like youre spinning the other way after a while. :O

Or go rollerskating for an hr or so. Then after you have your shoes back on and walking, it'll still feel like your gliding for a few mins, lol
