Well, im trying WILD for 3 weeks now, and i dont get too much of success.. just 1 btw!
I`ll give you all details i can think about what i am doing and stuff.

What am i doing:

*FIRST
-Wake up after 5hours

-Stay im bed, and start WILDing (i dont go to the bathroom or something, because if i do it, i think i will be so aware, that i wont back to sleep)

-Dont move, count my breathe for like 40sec (i cant do more than this)

-Just start wondering, and thinking like what i do when im going to sleep at night.

-And start to relax my body parts, by focusing them.

*WHAT I FEEL
-I feel the waves, and start to feel my ears almost dead, cuz i dont listen to nothing.

-I feel like i am upside down, and all the blood is in my head

-My eyes start to shake a lot when i am about to get in SP

-And i feel it fading

*WHAT I DO, WHEN I FEEL THE SP COMING
-Dont focus on what is happening, i just focus on my breathe

*AFTER THIS
-Than i just give up, because when it fades, it dont go back anymore.
and its like 1h 30min after i start the attempt.

Explaining some things i do:
-I dont leave the bed, because i think that when i wake up, i am already the sufficient or even more sufficiente aware for WILD.

-I dont count till 150 my breathing cuz i dont feel that this helps me, cuz i am already aware enough!

What I think its happening:
Everybody says i need to sleep 5hours at least before attempting WILD, but when i do it, i am not tired enough to sleep easily!
