      More WILDing Advice

      Hello! It's me again. I kind of need a little bit more advice for WILD. Last night I WILDed in the middle of the night, and I was never able to fall asleep. I also WILDed right before I went to bed, and when I woke up in the morning.

      I WILDed:
      Before bed
      In WBTB
      Nap in morning

      (I'm trying to practice) Anyways, All those 3 times, I was unable to fall asleep.

      So, for all the WILDs:
      After about at least 15-20 minutes, I was numb but I hadn't entered SP or seen any HI. So I just gave up and went to bed. (Also, when I did the WBTB in the middle of the night, a storm came up, so I can't remember but I think my WILD was interrupted)

      So should I experiment with my WBTB? Any suggestions?

      Edit: I went to bed around 10:00 pm and woke up naturally at around 4:30 am.
      Edit: Another nagging question of mine. If I keep practicing my WILD method a lot, will it be easier to focus in the future and to get to SP much faster?

      Well here's something I would recommend right off the bat: Don't try to WILD right when you go to bed. Because of no prior sleep, it could take you at least an hour to get to SP. And by SP I mean the REAL Sleep Paralysis, the kind that gets you into a dream.

      My thoughts would be that the WBTB is probably the best support for a WILd attempt you can get. For advice ive found that spending about 10-15 min after waking up to have a shower and slowly bring the temperature down till its fairly cold will make you extremly relaxed and everything very cozy because your body will be cooler, yet you will be more alert than if you walked around. I havent tried it for WBTB yet but it might work well, and if you can't stay awake, green tea wakes your mind with the caffeine which has no physical effect, but it also makes you more relaxed, plus it fixes acne and prevents certain types of cancer, N i like it .

      heh, yes this true. I have actually had a few sort of lucid dreams adding up to a logical .5, its in the back of mind that I want the dream to still feel like I have only slight control cuz im a sucker for stories . Course thats somthing your supposed to figure out after having good control.

      oh the forums are nice in all, a few people in them and stuff.... but mainly its a source of ideas and keeping my mind focused on lucid dreaming, and I try to help others considering I started with working on LD'S March last year instead of trying drugs to make life more interesting. In my world of Lucid dreaming I tend to float to the sky uncontrollably for 10-20 seconds then wake up, or run into walls, open trap doors ect. thts about it. And just ysterday I ran around in circles (cause it supposed to help) till I woke up and almost fell of my bed

      Haha This morning when I grabbed my phone off the floor to jot down my dream I klunked my head on the bed. XD I didn't care; I was too hyped up on lucidity. :3

      Yeah, me too. I hate wakin' up in the middle of the night and realize you just had a dream, and you need to write it down.. DJ time!
