      Yup.

      Yup again.

I notice now that more and more I'm not noticing that I've woken up. It feels like I've been awake trying to fall asleep, but there's a discontinuity that I can't quite explain (maybe the time difference being too great for what I felt), and I'll relax and ask "what was I dreaming about?" and get some recall then.
And there it is. Maybe as your interest in dreaming climbs, your unconscious is obliging your desires by getting you to sleep quickly and keeping you there ... sounds like the two of you need a long talk...

Maybe I should put a digital clock where I can see it without moving? Right now I have to reach for my phone (which I use to do my voice journaling as well as check the time) which can be too much movement.

Any other suggestions to break this "habit" my SC is getting into and to move my awareness to the dreams would be helpful . Set intention to "I realize when I awake from each dream?"

p.s. I've noticed that incubation intent is working into NDs. More than once! This is quite exciting actually. I'm not getting precisely what I'm visualizing, SC is doing pretty major transformations, but that's still pretty darn cool!
