If you want to astral project you don't have to go back to your body by falling on it. You can use intent. It's like being in a lucid dream and when your somewhere else you eventually wake up or you think about waking up and you wake up. |

I'm going to start attempting astral projection, but I was just curious: how do I return to my body? Do I literally fall on top of my body and fall inside, simply think about the idea of leaving, or something else? |

I find that whenever i astral project, i do so accidentally. I also return to my body accidentally, i just automatically 'Snap' back into my body. I'm not saying that all AP is accidental, i'm just telling you that it's reeeeally easy to return, and it'll likely happen by accident on your first few attempts. Similarly to how people get over-excited in lucid dreams and wake up from them for that reason. |
