      Does anyone else feel this?

This might sound weird.. but I'm curious if this happens to anyone else.
Often times when I have a lucid dream, I decide to increase the vividness of the dream by shouting "increase lucidity!". This immediately results in a sort of.. wave of vibration that spreads throughout the environment and brings everything to life, makes everything vivid. I can feel that strong vibration through my own body as well, and I can hear it, not sure how to describe the sound.. it sounds slightly like this but quite a lot more intense, I can't find an exact replica of the sound. It only lasts for a few seconds until it does its job.
Anyway has anyone experienced this while doing the "increase lucidity" stabilization technique?

Out of all the times I've increased lucidity, I can't say that I had something like this happen. Things just sorta brighten up for me.

Sounds really neat though - maybe I'll see if I can get this to happen.

I've never tried, but I assume maybe it's just because of an expectation of how you imagine a dream would react when trying to increase lucidity. Maybe unconsciously you just think that there should be some kind of reaction that can show you that the dream is becoming more vivid, and it manifests itself that way. And if it continues to do that it's probably just because of you seeing it the first time and having that expectation every other time. It sounds cool though and I hope when I try to do something like that it has that kind of effect!

Huh, what can I say, I sort of thought this really was a relatively common occurrence.. Oh well, thanks for the replies everyone, also about unconsciously thinking of some sort of reaction, well you could say that about anything.
