      binaural beats

      so i wanted to try using binaural beats, but i have a laptop my whole family shares, so i cant put them on the laptop. I have a mp3 player, but i dont know how to get any on there. help?
      My goals
      [] have one intentional lucid dream...
      [] duel Voldemort
      [] Fly(broomstick?)
      [] catch a pokemon (how about a Charizard? Vulpix?)
      [] meet Jace Wayland

      haha lol thanks. Well i guess i dont need to have it, im just wondering if anyone else has done this so... its alright if i dont get a good answer

      I was wondering too if they help... And how can you not put anything on ur mp3?

      I'm wondering if people listen to it BEFORE bed or as theyre falling asleep/when they are asleep...

      i think its as youre goin g to sleep, and recently my mp3 erased everything and actually that was a year or two ago- but i cant remember how to upload anything from online to my mp3. And i didnt know where to get them so...

      Here isis a cool website... It says u can download the tune to mp3 from opening it in an email... Hope this helps!!!

      Also if you go over to the lucid aids i believe some people posted some on there. There free.

      BTW i use them to meditate. and as i sleep i use Delta beats for a deeper sleep.

      A DV member made a lucid dream induction beat, it's somewhere on these forums, try a search. An improved form of binaural beats are isotonic tones. Iso-tones.com - Home Page has some good ones. I think they're kind of cool, but, I basically never use tones or beats. I (and a lot of other people here but not all) find that they don't really work for lucids. And a lot of the people that did have them work for them suspected the placebo affect, which technically is good too

      In my opinion they're not worth it, you're better to follow the tutorials on here. But, try them if you want. Hope they work, good luck!

      I used them the other night...still haven't had a lucid dream, but I did get a lot more dreams then I usually do.
      I think some people just listen to them right before you sleep, but I'm sure you could fall asleep to them too (:
