      Melatonin and B6

Does anyone take these vitamin supplements? Do they have a good effect on dreams or should I not bother?

I take both. Melatonin doesn't affect my dreams. B6 does. Try the search function, this is a very common topic of discussion on the forum.

Substances like galantamine can give you amazing WILDs. I never tried, but read many reports on the power of these supplements.

      *Pulls notebook out*

      Galantamine - WILD
Mucune Pruriens (L-Dopa) - Dream control
Yohimbine - Dream reasoning and Recall
      5-htp - Dream vividness
Melatonin - easier time falling asleep and increased in vividness.

I recommend you trying them and see it for yourself

Yes, but the melatonin is to help me sleep, not dream, and the B6 to help me remember my dreams. Oh, and I take several hours before a session, because it seems to interfere with REM.

The OP hasn't been here in two years.

      Silly necro.
