ok, here is the concept i've come up with for a new banner. I've stuck to the blue, dreamy colours theme and kept the cloud/thought bubble. (oh yea, theres also a star behind the cloud infront of the word "believe")

No offence, but I still like Lom's . Maybe it's just because I'm so used to it?

If we DO decide to change it, people submit what they want and then we have a poll (including the option keep Lom's).

If we have a competition about what new banner to use, i'm just going to have to make a better one and be chosen again. You know it's true.

Cool banner Phallam...I dunno, just looks a little "photoshoppy" to me if you know what I mean. I'd prefer Lome's to that one...but it is still nice.

Erm...what's going on? I can't see anything. I've tried looking at it on three computers now...even a Mac! It's just not showing up.

Art Design Team? That sounds like a Team I would like to be part of. How do I become a member? I'd love to.

Ive got a couple of suggestion as to what banner to make for DreamViews.
Maybe I can just go and make some sketches, scan and post em and see what you think? I could make the colors, which I do with pastels, sorta Match the rest of the Forum-style.
Maybe in the end someone could photoshop a couple of member's drawings together.

Well if anyone here is good with Photoshop and knows how to "edit" my design so that there's an animated, constantly pulsating light glow in it: I've got a very good Idea.It will make the banner look much darker, cooler and more mysterious than the terribly happy new-age looks of LD4all.

Anyone?

The picture of the moon is too generic. It may be me being over critical but I've seen that picture hundreds of times. I know because it's the one of the first things to come up in Google Images: Moon

but... no offense.. it's hard to find a moon that isnt generic.. o_o

i have both versions (new moon and old) in swish (flash format) which are pretty cool with moving clouds and twinkling stars.


btw. im open to criticism. and if you dont like it, tell me, i can send people the files so they can mess with anything etc.

how do you become a member and i have Photoshop CS2 if and some expirience in graphite. that's about it but i'll help wit this comic stuff people were talking about. i'd probably be better at that. this banner bisines is probably out of my league.
