Congratulations Mr. Milligan! |

I'm a new writer, up and coming, and my most recent project was to write a novel. Yes, of course it does have to do with what we talk about on this site, but I don't want to spoil anything more than that! |

I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.

Hey, thanks! Self-publishing is a great thing to have these days. Write about what you love and you can take your story to those who want to read it. It gives you greater control of what you want to write while giving yourself a way to get your work out there. |

I would like to know more about the process you went through to get it into ebook format and have it available on amazon. I've looked into it a little, but I've never heard from someone who has actually done it. You can private message this if you like. |

Here's Amazon's guide on how to build your book and format it. Main thing to watch out for I would say is page breaks. Do those wrong and it throws everything off! |

That's cool. Hey citizen, what's your sale count at right now? And where did the link for your book go? |

Try to imagine a life without timekeeping. You probably can’t. You know the month, the year, the day of the week; you have a schedule, a calendar... Yet all around you, timekeeping is ignored. Birds are not late. A dog does not check its watch. Deer do not fret over passing birthdays. Man alone measures time. Man alone chimes the hour. And, because of this, man alone suffers a paralyzing fear that no other creature endures.
A fear of time running out.
