I know exactly what you need to do to break this laziness habit. I just don't have the desire to type a bunch of words. I'll tell you some other time. |

lol dude I hope that was a joke. Miktux, I would recommend setting one goal a week for yourself, such as going to the hospital for a medical test. I get lazy too sometimes, but you have to think about the consequences of procrastination. You won't have a job and you won't have money to do the things you want. I'm going to venture to guess that you don't have a lot of energy during the day. My recommendation is make sure you're on a normal sleep schedule and stick to it (i.e. 11:00pm-7:00am), you'd be surprised how much energy you get just from sleeping correctly on a good bed. Also, go out for a walk in the sun to a mini mart to pick up a snack or drink or something. Physical activity (exercise) actually gives you more energy. But ultimately, you have to want it. If you don't want to be active, you won't be. You have to find out what it is that motivates you to get going and focus on that. Don't focus on your failures or how lazy you are. Those are inhibiting thoughts. You need to foster enabling thoughts. |

Step 1: Get out of bed. |

When I finish work I'm still lazy but thets just fine cause I'm tired from work. But when I have a day of I'm motivated for doing lots of things and have much more energy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1-hry6Eurs |
