Wow, sounds like me. Been having this problem as well (Well, I did until now I have just been in a dry spell). When the dream crashes are you fully awake (as in unable to fall back asleep for a few minutes)? If not, you could try "chaining" into another dream by keeping your eyes closed, lying still, and letting the next dream form. Just a thought. Also, make sure it isn't a false awakening. |
