I'd say third person. It's sometimes what you expect it to be. I always see what I look like from the back and front. Half or less of the dream is when it feels real and I don't see myself. |

Is it more likely to lucid dream in first person or third person. In all my dreams I can remember I am like a camera right behind me or third person. |

Most or all of my lucid dreams are first-person. And most of the other people's dreams that I've read seem to be first person, as far as I can tell. On the other hand, awareness in a lucid dream could leave the dream body at any time. |

I find it very difficult to become lucid in a third person dream. I feel less connected, and less likely to notice strange things. |

First person for most people most of the time. I rarly get a third person dream and when I do its usualy a video game dream. I did get a lucid that was randomly in third person once but it was disorienting so I pulled my view back into my head. |
