So, as the title says, which is your favorite method to wake yourself up for WBTB (Can be more than one method)? Setting the alarm doesn't count |

I use the method that doesn't count. |

I used to set my (award-winningly loud and obnoxious) alarm for 4:00 in the morning just so I could be awake for that great feeling of climbing back into bed and relaxing again. My family wasn't too happy about it. |

My alarm is pretty quiet. I use it because I don't think any of the other methods are very reliable, especially when most of the time I need to wake up for a class, i can't risk accidentally sleeping in. I also have somethign called a zen alarm clock that is very quiet and wakes you up in about the most relaxing way possible. It just makes a single dinging noise that sounds like a chime, hitting something against a metal bowl, every few minutes and increases in frequency until its every 5 seconds or so. The only problem is that about half the time it doesn't work. I think they stopped selling them because of this. |

On weekends the heat is set to turn on in the morning. I wake up sweating with my sheets and blanket on the other side of the room. |
