      So..... WHAT should i be doing right now? to get lucid dreams

      Drink some apple juice to increase dream vividness.
      Do some relaxation exercises.
      If you use MILD, do it now - "I will realize I am dreaming".
      Think about what you want to do in your next lucid, so you're not left deciding, wasting time, when you're actually in the dream.

      Apple Juice increases vividness? Well that explains alot. In my DJ I always record pre and post sleep conditions. This includes anything I had to eat or drink before going to sleep. When I drank apple juice (last night) I had a pretty vivid dream. I suppose I will drink it before sleeping from now on
