      Simple way to become Lucid.

I have been having alot of success with this method. Reality is doesnt matter what technique there is its going to come down to you remembering its a dream, so like the other guy said you can attach electrical wires and light bulbs to your penis, or meditate, or listen to music, i think this is the most convinient way.

also i have been having "valerian root" as tea and almost everytime iv been having LD.

all you got to do is 10-15 minutes before you sleep just lie down and think about all the diffrent dream scenarios you have had or you think you may have and feel the emotion of it, as in how you think or imagine it will feel while your in a dream once that scenario comes up and just tell you self in your head "yess im dreaming". say this after every scenario+emotion you think about.

The point of this is so when you are in a dream when something that does happen which causes a emotion weather positive or negative that phrase comes to your head "yess im dreaming".

its very important to only think about LD and this technique before you sleep as it will be fresh in your memory.

also with Valerian root i prety much remember allmy dreams even small details.

only problem is maintaining Lucidity, which i will be experimenting tonight abotu some ideas which i readon here.

      goodluck

I've sort of been doing this along with my reality checks today. When I check my surrounding to see if it all makes sense I've kept getting the feeling of the dream I had last night. I guess I'll find out the results tomorrow.

Also, is it essential to use two of the letter 's' when thinking of the word 'yes' to make this work?

      I agree!

Yes this is totally the MILD technique...with his own spin on it.

i think it does as it adds more excitment , which increases emotional feeling which will helpyou to remember

believe me it helps, i researched it and as soon as i bought it i had success on first night. my dream recalls are now 2 pages worth, when i have Valerian root i remember every bit of detail, when i dont i just roughly remember the most recent dream.

I don't know if Valerian root helps but you are on the right track with visualizing. Visualization (imagining) and dreaming both occur in the Secondary Visual Cortices in the occipital lobe of our big human brain. It's a no-brainer (so to speak)

however i still need to improve my lucidity where usually i realise im in a dream and do what i said id do when i was awake but im still worried about the hazards and etc, which you wouldnt be in full lucidity. I think it might help just to remember some things about your day in real life to create a further seperation between dream and real life to help with realisation. last time i was full lucid i think iwas like 14 or something, any advice?
