How come you always have a chip on your shoulder Jay? I've seen multiple posts where you attack people, it isn't very becoming of you. I think it's a pretty good explanation of SP. I do think Dakotahnok should delete all the unnecessary apostrophes though.
When I experience SP I would hear foot steps, and have HI of scenes and random people. I only experienced SP for my first few WILDs; I barely notice it now, as soon as it hits I transition into a dream.
