Hey DV,


Most time in the night i wake up at 4:30 to 5:00 in the morning and i try to do a WBTB WILD. Once i wake up i got to the bathroom get some water and do some math problems (to stir up my mind even though i hate math) i also would read a magazine or look at something on the computer. Anyways that would be like 30 mins of being awake after i woke up. i go to my bed to try a WBTB. I lay down with out moving, most of the times i get into SP but i never seem to get any farther with out falling asleep :/. Any advice to help me? Im planning to try it tonight and i havent had a successful WILD yet and im exited to have my first one.
