      Thumbs up Awareness tutorial! Translated from my book.

      I should have said the book I own instead of my book.

      As promised I will translate VERY good awareness tutorial. It's written in the book I own and it's in Lithuanian language. I won't translate everything, only main parts.

      This is more of a program than a tutorial. By doing different exercises you will experience something else, something beyond understanding.

      It consists of 11 weeks of various exercises. Every week will have different effect. I am currently on week 3. And I will translate only one week at the time. It's not neseccary to translate it all at once, so I will update this thread every week.

      What you will feel after completing exercises.

      *Resonance. Every other creature living on this planet (not only humans) will be like an open book to you. It's hard to reach, but it's possible.

      *Your behaviour and response (to something, for example, other people's actions) will be controlled by YOU.

      *You will be able NOT TO DO something. (It will get understandable during exercises)

      *Principle of throwing away everything that is not neseccary will become natural.

      * Having LD will be very easy, because of your good awareness. (As explained in KingYoshi's tutorial).

      Week 1.

      Not doing something:

      1 .every your post or e-mail ,or text message should be written the same way I write noW .if you didn't get it ,let me explaiN .sentence starts with punctuation mark and ends with capital letteR .in the middle of the sentence punctuation mark changes place with spacE .it will help you write consciouslY

      2 Drink something that you usually do not drink. If you always drink tea, drink coffee, or milk, or water. Control yourself when doing something you do a lot. And it's drinking.

      Practice:

      Walk 4 or more times slower than you usually do once a day for 30 minutes. Feel your muscles working. Try concentrating only on how your legs are moving. Feel the tension. It's even more interesting to walk slowly when people around you are rushing.

      That's all for week 1. it may sound strange and useless, but please, just give it a try.

      P.S. I won't share my experience for now. I want you to be surprised.

      *Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
      *There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
      *Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.
