Another strange thing happened to me last night, two in fact.
I tried to WILD at night, only entered SP and stayed in it for aroun a few hours, no halucinations.
And I had a dream last night, that was like my usual dreams (not very vivid, just complex thoughts in my sleep) and I realized it was a dream. But as soon as I did, the dream's vividness became so low I was both awake and asleep at the same time. I was still in SP but I could see my eyelids and the dream was in my head.

I just have loads of problems don't I

Yupp, I know exactly what your saying. I've actually gone from being in the dream world to real world back and forth, while being in each state every like 5 seconds. If you can move then you still need to stabilize then. Try to just float out of bed, that has worked for me.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

Don't worry about the problems. Everyone has things like this happen from time to time, especially when they are first starting out.

If the dream fades like this as soon as you become lucid, just try to keep your eyes closed and don't move. Just stay still and try to give your dream time to settle. Soon you should break the connection with your waking body and the dream state will take over. Sometimes in a lucid dream when things get foggy/blurry/or start going wrong, you just have to stop what you are doing, don't move and let the dream settle on its own. Once you are fully in the dream again, you can perform some stabilization techniques to try and keep it that way.
