|
well I just say mantras and auto-suggestions |
|
Could you give us more information? Like how long you've been trying this technique, which mantra you use, did you use a WBTB with it, how long did you say the mantra, etc. |
|
not long but I did this a lot when going to sleep I say the mantras as many times as I could before I fell asleep but nothing happened.I say these mantras ''I will lucid dream'',''I will realise that I'm dreaming'' and ''I will remember my dreams'' and I havent did a WBTB before. |

There are a few more things you could add to your routine. Instead of just telling yourself you will be lucid, try imagining what it will be like. Imagine how you are going to reality check, what it will feel like, ect. Laberge's method for MILD is to picture yourself in the last dream your remember having. It could be from a few moments ago, it could be from yesterday. Remember the scenario as it happened, only this time, picture yourself doing things differently. Imagine yourself recognizing a dream sign, performing a reality check, ect. How will this change the dream? Let the fantasy run its course. |

Someone once told me that saying "will" is a no-go. Use "I am lucid dreaming," maybe. |
|
Yeah, say "am" instead of "will" thats my MILD tip |

flowers shall grow
and I am in them
and that is eternity.

I think you are going about it the wrong way, if you are a beginner. Mantras are for people who already know what a lucid feels like, so they can better imagine it, and thus get results faster. Try MILD, DILD WBTB or WILD, coupled with Reality checks. These are the most common and widely used methods, and for a reason. |
