Relax and stop trying to lucid dream for a few days (that can be painfully hard once you've got to the point where you get 3-4 LDs a week, but it can really help). Don't let the sudden inability to become lucid get to you. I hit a bad dry spell where I wouldn't get lucids for almost 8 months, and after 2 months of continually trying without success, I stopped trying and didn't worry about it. I continued to post on DV to keep my mind thinking about LDing, but without stressing out and trying to figure out why I wasn't getting any. I had some nice lucids after this - they're not completely back, but I'm getting there. |
