      Yeah, I agree. Being aware all day is like trying to do an R.C. everytime you encounter air in real life. It happens so often that eventually your R.C.s get unionized into your real life, so eventually they have no effect at all. R.C.s are supposed to stand out and make you open your eyes for a bit. If you do them all day every day like people say, eventually they will be as monotonous as breathing or blinking.

      Im sorry, but I have to say that you're wrong..
      You see, thats the whole point of doing an RC, is that you are checking whether it is actually REALITY. Which requires you to pay more attention to what is happening around you (Increasing awareness).
      Of course, if you just go, BAM! Nose plug RC... or BAM! Finger through palm RC... Without really paying attention, You're never going to get anywhere!!
      It's meant to be done enough, to raise your overall awareness which is supposed to transfer into your dreams.
