      But I think that if it became habitual to just do it. Then yea, it would be pointless (As you said, doing it without thinking)..
      BUT, if it became habitual that you did it ALL the time but when doing it, actually increasing your awareness, then it would be very good/helpful.
      So, I guess what I'm saying is that it can go both ways. Could be bad, could be good, depends on the person.

      Yeah, I think there's a fine line between doing it often and doing it often mindlessly the effort to raise awareness is required for this to have an effect

      I'm forever alone as well... except last night, my whole class was in my dream... hm.

      But yeah, thats what I was saying, do R.C.s too much and you don't know youre doing them. Do them not enough, and you wont do them in dreams. Theres a fine line.

      Yeah, why not? I get lucid most of the time around DC's
