      I don't think taking a break would help that much, actually. They never have in the past. But if things get worse, I'll definitely consider taking one.

      Yeah, actually there is something that's causing quite a bit of stress. I don't have it on my mind all the time though, so I'm not sure how it could affect my LDing. Unfortunately there's not much I can do about the problem right now; it's kind of all up in the air, so. Hmm...

      I think that perhaps once your stress levels fall you'll find it's easier.. Stress has overall detrimental effects on life, and I think once you are able to be free of whatever is causing the extra stress outside of regular stressers, you'll be fine and start to have more dreams.
      Pls be patient and stop losing your mind!

      We will go through this dryspell together Puffin! We will come out of it stronger than before, I just know it

      Awareness, MILD, WBTB. Have you tried any other supplements? Might get you going once again, but I just think you need time.

      You can always try to ground em into a fine powder and mix it with some yoghurt or something

      So, they're that type of pill? Yikes... I've tried to do that for other pills before but it didn't really work.

      I don't touch supplements because I don't want to mess with my brain chemistry and I'm worried I'd get into the mindset of not being able to lucid dream without taking them.

      I assumed you couldn't swallow pills because they refused to go down Anyways yeah, one of my pills is filled with white powder, the other one is solid and white. 50 mg and 100 mg. Taking supplements is just a boost, and fun. You need to train your natural ability aswell.
