new easy lucid dreaming tecknique only takes five min

I was just brainstorming a cuple of day ago and came up with a nother way to get lucid.I know there are a lot of skeptic of telekinesis out there so before you blow a blood vessle pool yourself to gether and listen beacuse this is not a thred on is telekinesis real are not. so i was just in my living room staring at a pen trying to make it move i cleard my mind and just had the pear intent to make it move I held my consintration for 5 min then did it agian 5min then agian 5min then later whent to sleep . i had vivid dreams of moving things with my mind then the next day the same so what my idea is what if for 5min you held the intent to have lucid dreams and i dont mean say a mantra for 5min but just a clear head and one thought to to have vivid and lucid dreams and you have to hold it for five min. No losing focus if u do then start over still you can hold it for 5min try to become the thought like you are lucid dreaming then go to sleep .for me wean i do this i dont visulize i just hold the thought but somtimes i do so just do what works best for u post back if you whant to try this or got results from this or u just want more detalze peace out
