Lightened Dream 3.2 - a free journal designed for dreamers seeking to attain lucidity.

      Download.

The idea that consciousness has different phases, just like matter, and that there is a point between waking and sleeping - or, solid and gaseous, if you will... hence liquid dream, never really picked up and was often misunderstood. And I had a dream of epic proportions to change it to Lightened Dream.

      Enjoy.

This looks like a very useful tool, I will definitely be using this on a daily basis to record and organize my dreams.
      Thanks for sharing!

If I understand correctly, this is a computer app that lets you schedule audio reminders to be played after some time. This is what the whole sleep cycle feature is, right?

Yeah, the REM Cycles feature has been in since the first version for over a decade now.

Concerning the REM Cycle feature, is it possible to play something twice in a row without having to put it on the list twice? Because that usually leaves a gap of silence in there, which might not be good for some experiments.
Personal Records so far: Max lucids per day: 2 | Max lucids per week: 4 | Max lucids per month: 8 | Max dreams recalled in one night: 17
      Longest lucid dream: ~35min | Highest flight: zoomed out of common existence [WTF?] | Fastest speed: FTL | DILD/EILD/DEILD [X] | WILD/VILD [X] | MILD/FILD/HILD [ ]
Interested to know how I got 17 dreams in one single night? And how I think I still could Improve? Check out my new and improved Dream Recall Compendium: The Dream Recall Compendium

Not yet, but until it is, you could edit the file with Audacity: select all, copy and paste twice.

Which means you'll probably implement the feature sometime soon? That'd be nice. Thanks for the tip, though I'm pretty content with using Audacity for a variety of things so I already thought about doing that, it's just that currently I'm working with Lucid Scribe anyway. Speaking of which, you are not planning to make it possible to start REM cycles in Lightened Dreams through Lucid Scribe, do you?

Well, now I am... thanks for the idea!

I was planning on adding a bubble to the Lucid Scribe logs with the titel of a dream that links to the entry in Ligthened Dream, but somehow didn't make the connection of using REM Cycles as playlists.
