Hey everyone,
i just want to know for those of you who are exprienced lucid dreamers, what is the key to your success? mentally how do you prepare your self before you sleep, or what sort of things do you do which you believe is helping you?
because i believe this is a basic feature of human biengs and surely there must be guide or technique you can follow to achieve it at will.
iv been lucid dreaming for about 15 years but i dont have a solid technique, it either happens randomly, or i just repeat to my self mentally im dreaming while imagining im in a dream, and then at some point in a dream that gets replayed to me and i become lucid. but for example i tried that last night and next thing i know i woke up next day with not even 1 second memory of any dreams, and usually i have good dream recall.
