Here are two ways to wake up during the night without disturbing anyone else.

Have you ever noticed that you wake up before your alarmclock? You probably have I am not sure why this happens, but I can use it to my advantage.
I can trick my body into waking up by setting an alarm to wake me up at a specific time after I fall asleep, but I turn off the sound (and the vibration).
For some reason my body still thinks that the alarm is going to wake me up, and I wake up before that alarm naturally.

Another thing you can try, which I do every night. Is to look at the back of your eyelids while falling asleep and imagine that you have just woke up, and remember that feeling.
With pracctise you will start to wake up with closed eyes and being aware of that you have woke up. I usually use this awakening to DEILD.
But you can use this as a Wake Back to Bed. But if you remember that you dreamt right before you woke up, just lay still and you might come back to that dream.
