DILD and MILD are probably the most suitable techniques for your situation. Question your reality, lots. Don't just reality check, that's simply not enough. Go with the mindset that right now, you could potentially be a dream. Again, question your reality. The more regularly, the better.
Keep in mind you will not have regular lucid dreams until you continue this method for a while. Of course, there will be lucid dreams, but it may not be on a regular basis.
