I go to sleep between 12-2 every night and wake up for my WBTB around 4:30 and 6 and then wake up at 9:30-10. It doesn't just happen during my WBTB it occurs every time i try to sleep. I occasionally use my blankets as well to cover my eyes, but it usually gets too hot for me to fall asleep like that. Thanks for the tips though and i'll definitely try concentrating on that point of my forehead. |
