I agree with what fOrceez said here. To me, recall is about developing and establishing the right intent and then keeping that level of intent and will to remember your dreams up high

The way I do this is by every night before I go to sleep, I write down my mantras and goals in my DJ. I then lay and repeat my mantras for lucidity and recall until I fall asleep, and whenever I wake up I focus on trying to remember my dreams - and if I don't remember anything I write in the journal anyway to establish habit
