Don't move much upon waking up and let your mind drift into that state where it wants to fall asleep. Try not to think about the day ahead (or anything, for that matter). Just let your mind stay in that meditative state, soon enough, your dreams should come in fragments to you. As your recall gets better, larger portions of your dreams will be recalled. |
|
Make it habit to not move upon waking up, then. Spend the last moments of your night thinking about not moving upon waking up or moving as little as possible. Or wake up as if it was a lazy morning, not bothering to do anything. |
|
Your thoughts before sleep tend to carry on throughout the night and are still there in the morning, (sometimes I go to sleep with a song in my head, wake up in the morning and instantly say the next line of the song) try clearing your mind before you sleep, let go of all stress, tension, and trust yourself to remember your dreams in the morning. If nothing comes dont get frustrated, relax, clear your mind, and try to focus on what you was just doing in your dream. More than likely it will just pop up out of nowhere! |

And seeing as he said he couldn't help moving because he wouldn't think of it, that's where that advice comes from. |

I agree with what fOrceez said here. To me, recall is about developing and establishing the right intent and then keeping that level of intent and will to remember your dreams up high |

Spoiler for Goals:
Okay, this morning I kept napping and napping until I recall correctly, but I fell asleep during one of my last recall and now I can't separate my two dreams. |
