      Question Recalling problems

I want to know what I should exactly do for this annoying problem.
Every time I wake up, I just won't remember to recall, and think about other things first or even moving, making me unable to recall.

So I want to know, is there any ways to remember to recall?

      Also, if it might help...
      1. My recall quality is adequate. I can only recall the short moment before I wake up, but I can tell much details.
      2. I don't do RC much, but I'm practising to do RC every time I walk through a door. I don't do RC anywhere else.
      3. I've only had 1 proper LD, which I attained spontaneously, I did an RC, but didn't stabilize.
      4. I can move and switch off my alarm clock and still recall, only if I remember to recall though.

Don't move much upon waking up and let your mind drift into that state where it wants to fall asleep. Try not to think about the day ahead (or anything, for that matter). Just let your mind stay in that meditative state, soon enough, your dreams should come in fragments to you. As your recall gets better, larger portions of your dreams will be recalled.

My whole problem is centered on my inability to do that.
When I wake up I would momentarily forget about LD and move, breaking the recall.

Make it habit to not move upon waking up, then. Spend the last moments of your night thinking about not moving upon waking up or moving as little as possible. Or wake up as if it was a lazy morning, not bothering to do anything.

Your thoughts before sleep tend to carry on throughout the night and are still there in the morning, (sometimes I go to sleep with a song in my head, wake up in the morning and instantly say the next line of the song) try clearing your mind before you sleep, let go of all stress, tension, and trust yourself to remember your dreams in the morning. If nothing comes dont get frustrated, relax, clear your mind, and try to focus on what you was just doing in your dream. More than likely it will just pop up out of nowhere!

And seeing as he said he couldn't help moving because he wouldn't think of it, that's where that advice comes from.

I agree with what fOrceez said here. To me, recall is about developing and establishing the right intent and then keeping that level of intent and will to remember your dreams up high

The way I do this is by every night before I go to sleep, I write down my mantras and goals in my DJ. I then lay and repeat my mantras for lucidity and recall until I fall asleep, and whenever I wake up I focus on trying to remember my dreams - and if I don't remember anything I write in the journal anyway to establish habit

Okay, this morning I kept napping and napping until I recall correctly, but I fell asleep during one of my last recall and now I can't separate my two dreams.
