Ok, I haven't had a lucid dream in a while but I'm getting back into it. But almost everytime I would have a lucid dream, I would usually begin to kind of freak out or like have an adrenaline/sugar rush. I would go straight into trying to do the fun stuff in lucid dreams and it would most often become unstable and I would wake up. Any tips for just calming down, stabilizing the dream, and looking at the details, like senses, how the dream world is, how everything feels. That's what I really want to do but I can't seem to when I'm in the heat of the moment.... SO what do you think? I want to be calm the next LD I have! |
