WBTB mostly helps for me... when i'm able to wake up for it

But other than that just making my awareness higher with certain techniques is what i do... for example ADA (or ADSA), Reverse RC, ect...

Sometimes i attempt a WILD, but it's rare when i succeed with that, DILDs are easier to me

I've had only a few DILD's and I love ADA but everytime I try to practice it, it seems as if I have to do a something that requires all of my damned attention. I now do sporadic ADA.. Someone else posted this technique and I love it.. But WBTB has worked the best for and it's exactly what you've said "when I'm able to wake up for it" <<< this is a big problem lmao
