i could be trying too hard actually. I do try combining techniques (mild) and if i fall asleep and nothing happens i try deild, but so far i havent really got to sleep properly with Mild, but i have only been trying for a few days though. i wont give up though, since my friend told me of their experiences i have just been determined for it to happen to me.
