      BIG Problem With Sleep Paralysis

Okay so ive been trying to get into sleep paraysis for about 3 months now so that i can have an OBE or a LD, but when i lay on my back for about 30 minutes or so i feel that when i have my eyes closed they are moving around abit and i find it hard to keep them still,
so what can i do to stop this happening guys and is this what is the reason for me to be unable to get into SP
      Thanks!

i've tried wilding for month, twice i got in SP by accidentally waking myself up right before i fell asleep.(something like using anchors) perhaps you should try that out
and about moving eyes: buy sleep mask. idk , for me holding eyes still is easy.i tend to tense my muscles without even noticing lol (thats why i cant get into sp)

It's called reverse blinking, slightly open your eyelids very quickly and close them again. Open them just enough to change your vision from complete black then close them again, repeat this for about five minutes. Your eyes should be pretty tired after that and shouldn't move too much.

The eye-movement is a common issue for many and the best-reported aid to combat this is a comfy sleep mask.

You've been trying for 3 months...at what time of the day/night are you trying this? Is it right before a sleep period? Is your body tired enough?

You might try waking up to an alarm after a few hours and then attempt the SP. Your body might find it easier.

Before doing your attempt. Make sure you have slept at least a few hours. Unless you already knew, it makes everything easier. The eyes moving is caused by tension, or at least was in my case. Try relaxing your face before you go for WILD/SP.

I'd try: tense up, then release... repeat this until you feel relaxed enough for your attempt.

      Good Luck, Tucane
