      sudden crash of dream recall

I keep this short. most often I could write down 4 dreams a night. I remembered stuff well. Now as my vacation ended and I adjusted myself back to the work life, my sleeping time decreased a bit, as I had to wake up earlier ever morning.

I am not stressed about work... But could it be that my dream recall crashed because my sleeping habits had changed somewhat?

PS. I have DMAE in a pill form. I heard they increase dream recall, but how do I take them? Do I wake up earlier, take two/three pills (daily limit?), and go back to sleep? I really don't know how to use these pills to help me remember dreams...
Don't you just hate it when sentences don't end like you expected them to octopus.

Dream recall goes up and down, but make sure that you do some stress-reducing exercise if you are stressed out while going to sleep. Something simple like count down slowly from 10 to 1 then image that you put all your worries and concern in a little box or anything you like. And tell yourself that nothing is going to disturb your practice.

I also found that falling asleep later than usual decrease dream recall, but also that falling asleep a little earlier than usual increase dream recall and dream awareness.

I never use pills or other dream aids like that, so I can't help you with that.

      Good luck =)
