All of a sudden I have super recall.

From some other thread I posted I said I couldn't remember a damn thing about what I dreamed of last night, and now I'm remembering 3-5 dreams. This never happened to me before, I guess the rumors about B6 vitamins were true.

There is a downside to this though. When I wake up I don't have much time to write the entries down so I had to resort to just putting in keywords and then writing the dream when I get home from school. However, sometimes I loose some scenes about the dream. But I think adding more keywords would help with this.

Well since you just read my little rant about my "super recall" what were the results of your dreaming when you started taking B6 vitamins? Was there improvement in your recall? Did it get worst? Or maybe did it just stay the same?

Yeah, writing down key words and main points is a must if you don't have time to write it. Just write down a quick summary, and try not to forget it!

When I started taking a vitamin (With B6) I noticed my dreams got more vivid. My recall was already pretty good when I started taking them, but I guess it improved a bit. I'm glad it helped you, though! Great job!

I have an old bottle of B6 in the cupboard. I haven't tried it in a while. I didn't have much success with it in the past. I think I will give it another shot for the next week to see what happens.

I have also tried the Vitamin B6 for recall/vividness, but it didn't seem to work for me at all. When I took it, there didn't seem to be any improvement. Of course, I tried this a while ago so I'll have to go get some and try again. Glad it worked for you!

Hmm. I think it might just depend on the person how good the vitamins work.

I drank apple juice a couple times before bed, it didn't really increase my recall or vividness that much, but it didn't hinder it at all, plus it tastes good too. I think im gonna try it next time I WBTB in the morning and see if it does anything then, ill report back to this thread if i notice any dramatic improvement in recall/vividness.

Maybe I get enough B6 from normal dietary sources, so supplementing does not change things much for me. I've only seen results from overdosing and taking loads of it, which is very very dangerous. It has some nasty side effects.
