Yeah, writing down key words and main points is a must if you don't have time to write it. Just write down a quick summary, and try not to forget it! |

From some other thread I posted I said I couldn't remember a damn thing about what I dreamed of last night, and now I'm remembering 3-5 dreams. This never happened to me before, I guess the rumors about B6 vitamins were true. |

I have an old bottle of B6 in the cupboard. I haven't tried it in a while. I didn't have much success with it in the past. I think I will give it another shot for the next week to see what happens. |

I have also tried the Vitamin B6 for recall/vividness, but it didn't seem to work for me at all. When I took it, there didn't seem to be any improvement. Of course, I tried this a while ago so I'll have to go get some and try again. |

mostly dream clarity improvement, but maybe some help with recall |

I am free
I drank apple juice a couple times before bed, it didn't really increase my recall or vividness that much, but it didn't hinder it at all, plus it tastes good too. I think im gonna try it next time I WBTB in the morning and see if it does anything then, ill report back to this thread if i notice any dramatic improvement in recall/vividness. |

Current goal: Learning pyrokinesis and FUS RO DAH
Maybe I get enough B6 from normal dietary sources, so supplementing does not change things much for me. I've only seen results from overdosing and taking loads of it, which is very very dangerous. It has some nasty side effects. |
