Thread: What should I do when I first start lucid dreaming?

For a first LD, I would take it easy. Look around, stabilize, take in the details. It will be beautiful, even if you just walk around.

You can't worry about that. Lucid nightmares are very rare. See, in your dreams, what you "wish for" will happen. So you should have happy thoughts. Make a plan and write it in your DJ. Describe what you would like to do in your lucid. Pick a nice dream. Then think about it as you falling asleep.

You need to know, that if you have anything in your lucid that you don't like, you can change it. It's your dream.

It seems like ALOT of fun. I really cant wait to have my first one.
