      Auto- MP3 Replay

Hi. I've just been from the autosuggestion thread when I get a neat idea. Whenever doing your daily tasks on the computer, how about listen to a loop MP3 file of you saying "I will be lucid when I am dreaming." or ANY Mantra you want. I'm not sure if there's a ton of science behind this, but listening to this while doing tasks can probably get it into your subconcious.

Note: If anyone would like to test the method to see if the repeated mantra would work, that would be lovely. (Post yer results.)

      STEPS:

      1. Record yourself saying a Mantra on your computer. Simple.
      2. Now go to Youtube and upload that file. You can make it private if you want, anything.
      3. Now once the video has been uploaded, search for a Youtube to MP3 converter. Find one that suits you.
      4. Enter the link of your youtube video, convert it, and download it!
      5. Put the mp3 file on a loop.
      6. Simply play it or put on some earphones/headphones and enjoy and endless loop of Mantra goodness!

iPod's have microphone's for recording, eventually I may start making my own mantra/meditation/ld music. It may work about the same as if you thought about the mantra all day.
If you don't have an iPod, you could use a Computer with a cheap mic, or headphones could also be used as a mic. I've used a broken pair of earbuds before where only one earbud worked, it's pretty good for a mic.
