I have been practicing DEILD. I am planning on working on it for a while. Ever since I started practicing it though, I stopped doing regular reality checks. I have done a little bit of ADA in the past, but didn't keep with it for long. I do keep a dream journal.

I think I have the main technique for DEILD down, I just need to keep practicing it, and find what works best for me.

My question is, should I be doing anything else to help me DEILD? Should I keep doing regular reality checks, or does that only help with DILD? Should I start practicing ADA? I will do whatever it takes to help me DEILD!
