Improvements to Reality Checking and ADA(All day Awareness)

      Hello!

Heres a little tip that i made up of how to improve the frequency of you doing reality checks or becoming more aware in your dreams.

Ive been reality checking for a very long time now, but noticed that I am really not doing them in my dreams. But then i noticed that in my daily life, I really only perform reality checks when i have a little bit of down time, such as after i completed a worksheet in school, watching TV, walking in between classes, bored at work, ect. But in a dream, you are usually doing some kind of activity or on an adventure or something of that sort. And like my daily life, I rarely perform reality checks in the middle of an activity or when I'm busy. So obviously I was not going to do reality checks in my dream. The only way to fix this is to do reality checks especially if your busy or in the middle of an activity. For example, Your taking a history test in school. Take a moment in the middle of the test to do a quick reality check and question your reality. If you condition your mind to perform a reality check every time your performing an activity, you will begin to do reality checks every time you perform an activity in a dream, thus making you lucid.

I wrote this quick tip because i think it applies to most people as they only do reality checks when they have a bit of downtime in their daily life. This can be applied to ADA and SAT too, or whatever you practice during the day. Hope this helps

      That's a great tip. thanks!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Great tip. I just find it difficult to break concentration and remember to do a reality check when I find myself engrossed in an activity. I need to work on that.
We're all the same game; just different levels. Dealing with the same hell; just different devils.

I think that right there is the whole point of this. In dreams, there isn't as much down-time or reminders to do RCs. You just have to work at breaking that concentration and do it.

Agreed on what Indeed said. If you break the concentration and take some time in your activity to do a quick reality check. If you do, you will surely have many lucids
