      Need Help Making A Mantra Please

      Hey DV!

      So I have been having some troubles with DEILDing. The thing is I wake up perfectly fine, 5 times a night, but I move! No mater what I do I move. So I have thought about saying a mantra, but only now do I realize how complex making a mantra is. Such as, there are things that you should say and should not say. Like "will" and other words.

      Anyways, is there any way that you can help me make a mantra that encourages me not to move? Right now I am using "Tonight, I will wake up after all of my dreams perfectly still"

      That sounds about right, the only other one I could think of could be "I will wake up after a dream and not have the urge to move" You seem to have a good grasp of mantra making

      I couldn't find any information about mantras that contradict my current mantra, but I figured I would post this thread to see the replies I get. Nothing can hurt!

      Here is a pretty good mantra tutorial.

      It will give an idea about the basics and you can just add your own words.

      Mantra should be short in general, but if a longer one sounds especially good for your, it has a good meaning and you have a good feeling about it, it will work. You can even make it rhyme.

      And if you say it in rhythm with your breathing, it may get a hypnotizing quality that will make it even more powerfull. Just take care, so it doesn't mess up your natural breathing pattern. In another words, don't adjust your breathing to the mantra, but mantra to the breathing.

      If it messes up your breathing, stop the mantra and resume after you breathe naturally again.

      Gab, thanks for that link, it was very helpful! Following the tutorial, I have concluded that my mantra is:

      "Without moving, I awake after every dream"
