Okay - my first 2 lucids were separated by a month each. Now I'm 2+ months since. I'm looking for ideas on changing things up. Here's what I currently do...
ADA - I'm pretty good. I switch every couple days from hitting targets, then spend a couple days trying to notice everything I've never noticed before, then take a day off and just let my mind wander (day dream), etc.
DJ - On a good night I can record 3-4 dreams.
Mantra - Daytime mantra, every time I see a mirror I tell myself "In my dreams I realize I'm dreaming, in my dreams I am focused, I control my dreams.
Bedtime - I shorten my mantra to a simple "I'm aware in my dreams".
Should I do / more / less / stay the course...
?
Oh, one thing that I know is a minus is my somewhat erratic sleep schedule. Some days I'll get 7 or 8 hours, some days as little as 4 or 5 due to work/school/kids, etc.
