@OP - Definitely, make sure you aren't trying too hard. That can cause stress and overexertion. Both are very bad for lucid dreaming and dreaming in general. Make sure you keep yourself relaxed and enjoy the art of learning lucid dreaming. Not saying you are doing this, but always keep in mind that you can definitely try too hard when it comes to lucid dreaming.

Thanks for the replies. I am going to take your advice and focus on MILD and WILD techniques. Then i will add more techniques when i get better at lucid dreaming.
