That's a good idea, Bobblehat. One clarification though, in MILD, it is not necessary to wake up and go back to bed. In simplest terms, MILD is simply a way of inducing a lucid dream by using mnemonics, affirmations, autosuggestions or mantras prior to sleeping in an attempt to make the subconscious remember it once we start dreaming and thus trigger lucidity. MILD is best used with WBTB, hence this might be why you thought about the waking up and going back to bed part. |
